Create a Folder and Save Report with Customer Data.

Create a new Report.

Right-click on Report and select Properties.

Click on the Customer Data Button.

Click the Add button.

Name the Customer Data.

Here we have named the Customer Data “Traveler Number”.

Input this information in the Report Header and Printed Header

Run Time Update will allow the input on each run. 

Give instructions to the operator.

Continue to add additional inputs as needed.

Click OK when finished.

Now click on Window and/or Printer

Check Save Report. Add the file format you need to save the report in. 

Click on File + Sequence Number

Click Suffix – Customer Data. Select the input data. Here we only have the Traveler Number.

When the program is in Run Mode the operator will be prompted to input the Traveler Number.
