ZEISS SMT announces to acquire high-tech company based in Switzerland

The ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology (SMT) segment has signed a purchase agreement for the acquisition of the Lithography division of Beyond Gravity in Zurich (Switzerland) and Coswig (near Dresden).
