Following a strategic review of the Company’s software investment strategy, 3D Systems confirmed that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Geomagic software portfolio to the Manufacturing Intelligence Division of Hexagon, a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software, and autonomous technologies, for $123 million.
